What are Avocados??🥑

They are high in fat with 60 percent of this being monounsaturated fats, which research suggests helps to protect against heart disease and lower blood pressure. They are also an excellent source of potassium, folate and fibre, all of which benefit the heart and cardiovascular system.

One morning I was craving a bagel and so I decided to make some everything bagel but instead of the regular simple typical cream cheese I wanted to do it differently that morning.
So I had an idea!!💡
So I decided to make some avocado spread to go on top of it!
I had some avocados that were about to go bad so I needed to use it as soon as I could. So I took an avocado and scooped some out and I love garlic so I mashed it with some minced garlic and some salt and pepper to taste. Simple and easy and perfectly balanced. I added some red pepper flakes to give it some kick and it came out pretty darn good!
So I toasted my bagel and spread some cream cheese on it. Next I added the avocado spread. Since it was breakfast time I wanted to make some fried eggs 🥚🍳 to go with it so I made some over easy eggs to top it off and sprinkled some red pepper flakes, dry minced garlic and dry minced onions! Omg it was sooooo delicious!!!! I was so satisfied and filled! I started my day as a happy camper! Lol what I love about this spread is that you can add it on anything! You can put it on toast or even some flat bread or if you’re not wanting any carbs you can simply put it on some tomatoes 🍅 and much much more!
I’ve made this on my toast before. The only difference I made with my toast is I toasted the bread with butter and then added the avocado spread then tomatoes, cheese and bacon then I topped it off with the delicious fried eggs! Yum yum! I sprinkled some red pepper flakes and dry munched garlic and dry minced onions and boom! Another delicious breakfast you got! You can add or make it however you want!

Garlic Avocado Spread
- 1 whole Avocado
- 2-3 cloves fresh garlic minced
- red pepper flakes optional
- Cut avocado in half and scoop out avocado into a bowl
- Add minced fresh garlic to avocado and mashed together to desired texture
- Add salt and pepper to taste
- Add this on any toast or bagel and put anything else you'd like such as bacon or tomatoes or cheese and more. ENJOY!
