Creamed Corn: A Delicious Side Dish for Your Next Dinner

Ingredients:
- 2 16oz bag Sweet Frozen Corn
- 1 Cup Heavy Cream
- 1-2 Tbsp Sugar
- 2-3 Tbsp Butter
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Pepper
- 1 Cup 2% Milk or Whole Milk
- 2 Tbsp Flour
- 1/4 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese (optional)
- Parsley to garnish
Instructions:
- Combine corn, heavy cream, butter, salt, pepper and start with 1 Tbsp of sugar in a skillet over medium heat. Cook, stirring occasionally, until butter has melted.
- While waiting for butter to melt, whisk together milk and flour in a small bowl until mixed well.
- Add milk mixture to the skillet and continue to cook, stir until sauce is thickened and corn is cooked through.
- Add remaining Tbsp of sugar if needed to your taste. (add parmesan and mix to your liking)
- Remove from the heat and let it sit for sauce to thicken.(garnish with more parmesan and or parsley) ENJOY!!
