  • 2-3 Roma tomatoes (diced)
  • 1/2 batach Asparagus (cut 1/2 in length)
  • 1/2 lb scallops
  • 1/2 shrimp (deveined & cleaned)
  • 1/2 lb clams
  • 1 tsp red pepper flakes
  • 1/2 lb mussels
  • salt & pepper to taste
  • parsley for garnish

Instructions:

  1. Cook pasta as instructed on box.
  2. Heat pan with butter until melted and add onions and garlic. Cook until onions are translucent .
  3. Add seafood and cook for 3-5 minutes.
  4. Add Roma tomatoes, asparagus and red pepper flakes. Cook for 1-2 mins.
  5. Then add tomato sauce and white wine and stir until sauce starts to boil.
  6. Then add heavy cream and cook for 1-2 mins.
  7. Add pasta to the pan and toss.
  8. Serve and garnish with fresh parsley and more red pepper flakes and or freshly grated parmesan cheese (optional). ENJOY!

  • 1/2 lb Clam or 1 can of baby clam drained

  • 1 tsp red pepper flakes you can add more or less to your taste
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • parsley for garnish
